Which ribbon do I need for the ZC300?

For black text, barcodes and serial numbers use the Zebra 800300-301 black monochrome ribbon (2000 prints). For full-colour cards use a YMCKO colour ribbon; contact us if you need one listed.

Are the recycled PVC cards compatible with the ZC300?

Yes. They are standard CR80 size at 0.76 mm (30 mil), which is the thickness the ZC300 is set up for out of the box.

Where does my order ship from?

Printers and consumables ship from our warehouse in your country: Australia, the UK or the US. Certified Compliant Mobile Devices ship door-to-door from the Netherlands, where they are converted and certified; delivery is included and any import duty or tax is collected by the carrier on arrival. Are the mobile devices really the standard Apple or Samsung product?

Yes. Each device starts as a new, unmodified iPhone 17, iPad mini 7 or Galaxy Tab Active 5, which is then fitted into an explosion-proof enclosure and certified to ATEX and IECEx for Zone 1/21 (the iPad mini is also CSA certified for North America). All original features are preserved, apart from the iPad mini's fingerprint scanner, and the devices can be managed through Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes. Your order confirmation doubles as a tax invoice showing GST or VAT where applicable. For US orders, sales tax is itemised at checkout. Mobile devices are invoiced without local tax; the duty and tax collected on import is receipted by the carrier.
