Dispatched from our Australian warehouse (Brisbane, QLD). Standard delivery A$15 (2–5 business days), free on orders of A$500 or more. Express delivery available (1–2 business days). Prices include GST.
United Kingdom
Dispatched from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery £8.95 (2–4 business days), free on orders of £250 or more. Next-business-day express available. Prices include VAT.
United States
Dispatched from our US warehouse. Standard delivery US$12 (3–5 business days), free on orders of US$400 or more. Express delivery available (1–2 business days). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Certified Compliant Mobile Devices
Our ATEX/IECEx Zone 1/21 iPhones and tablets are converted and certified in the Netherlands and ship from stock there, door-to-door to your site in Australia, the UK or the US. Delivery is included in the price, with tracking from dispatch. Allow 5–10 business days for delivery, plus customs clearance.
Because these devices cross a border, the price does not include import duty or local tax (GST in Australia, VAT in the UK, sales or use tax in the US). The carrier collects any duty and tax due from you before delivery, and the shipment is declared with the correct tariff code and country of origin (EU/Netherlands) so clearance is straightforward. Mobile devices and printers in the same order ship separately.

We currently ship within Australia, the UK and the US only. Contact us for a quote on delivery elsewhere or for pallet quantities.
