Change of mind
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the customer's cost and a restocking fee may apply to printers. Opened consumables (ribbons, cards, cleaning kits) cannot be returned unless faulty. Certified Compliant Mobile Devices are configured to order and certified as a sealed unit, so they can only be returned if faulty or damaged on arrival.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping. Please keep the packaging and photograph any transit damage.
Manufacturer warranty
Zebra ZC300 printers carry a 3-year limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled through the regional distributor that dispatched your order; contact us first and we will coordinate it.
Certified Compliant Mobile Devices carry the manufacturer's warranty on the explosion-proof conversion, alongside the standard Apple or Samsung warranty on the device inside. The enclosure must not be opened or modified by anyone other than the manufacturer, as this voids both the warranty and the Ex certification. Contact us first and we will coordinate any claim.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or applicable US state consumer protection law.
